Leisure -extra slow to bolt Santo - slow to bolt Selection -for leaves or seed growing, NOT a slow bolting variety. Dill Bouquet - early to flower, large heads, long stemmed foliage, preferred dill for cut flower use and pickling. Fernleaf - compact, 18" aromatic and flavorful slow to bolt, suitable for small gardens and large containers. Mammoth - superior dill that can grow 4-6' Nice lush airy foliage plus giant seed heads. Also highly attractive to beneficial insects. Fennel - Licorice-flavored leaves and seeds, Ferny foliage looks attractive in flower garden. Host plant for Easter Black Swallowtail butterfly and caterpillar.
